The Med Right mobile application has been enhanced to provide you with the following features:

• Search for medical network and nearest healthcare providers based on your location.
• Mark your preferred medical providers.
• Access your digital E-card.
• Check your benefits and policy details.
• Review and manage all information related to your dependents.
• Request services/approvals and track their progress.
• Receive immediate notifications on your requests and their status.
• Monitor your utilization and review your medical history.
• Submit reimbursement claims/requests and track their progress.
• Submit complaints or suggestions.
• Request a doctor's appointment.
• Request medication delivery.

To register for the app, you will need to sign up with your registered mobile number within Med Right's database. You can register or edit your mobile number through your company's HR team or by sending an email to [email protected] using your corporate email address. This step is mandatory to access all your confidential medical data securely.
